By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use myclone.

myclone is an artificial intelligence tool that lets you create digital characters and generate images, videos, synthetic-voice audio and other content from them.

Characters can be created from reference photos you upload, from AI-generated faces or by copying a ready-made model from the catalogue.

All content generated by myclone is synthetic, created by artificial intelligence, and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

You must be at least 18 years old to use myclone. By signing up you confirm that you are.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may only upload photos, videos or audio showing yourself or an adult who has given you express consent to create AI content from their image, voice or movements. This includes videos you upload to clone (for example, so that your character replaces the person shown or copies their movements): if an identifiable person appears in them, you need their consent and the necessary rights to that video.

By uploading photos, videos or audio you warrant that you have that consent and those rights, that you can prove them if we ask, and that the person may withdraw their consent at any time. You take full responsibility for the use of those files and will hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising from that use.

You may not use myclone to clone or impersonate third parties or to create deepfakes of real people — that is, to make it appear that a real person said or did something they did not say or do, or to imitate their face or voice — without their express consent.

Using a person's image or voice without permission may violate their image, honour and privacy rights and data protection law, and in some cases may be a crime.

It is strictly forbidden to: (a) create or attempt to create any content that depicts or suggests minors; (b) use the image, videos or voice of a real person without their consent, including cloning them or replacing them in a video; (c) impersonate another person, create deepfakes of real people without their consent or pass content off as real to deceive, defraud or harm anyone; (d) create illegal, defamatory, hateful or harassing content or content that infringes third-party rights, including intellectual property; (e) attempt to bypass filters and safety measures, automate use of the service without permission or resell access.

If you breach these rules we may remove the content and suspend or close your account without refund of tokens already used and, where the law requires, report it to the authorities.

If you publish content generated with myclone (images, videos or audio) showing realistic-looking people or imitating voices, you are responsible for clearly disclosing that it was generated or manipulated with artificial intelligence where applicable law requires it and for following the rules of each platform where you publish it.

In particular, Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the Artificial Intelligence Act) requires anyone who disseminates deepfakes — generated or manipulated images, videos or audio that resemble real people, objects, places or events and could falsely appear authentic — to disclose that the content has been artificially generated or manipulated. Do not remove or alter any marks or metadata identifying content as AI-generated, where present.

Using the tools consumes tokens. The price of each action is shown before you confirm it. If a job fails due to a technical error, the tokens are refunded automatically.

Plans are monthly subscriptions that include a number of tokens per month and renew automatically every month until you cancel them in Settings or in the billing portal. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. Unused tokens roll over while you keep your account.

If you upgrade, you are charged the prorated difference at that moment and receive the difference in tokens; if you downgrade, the change applies with no extra charge. You can also buy token top-ups with a one-time payment.

All prices are shown in euros including VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe; myclone never sees or stores your card details.

Because this is digital content supplied immediately, by starting to use tokens you expressly agree to performance beginning and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for tokens already used. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

You keep any rights you have over the photos, videos and audio you upload and, as far as the law allows, over the content you generate. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display it to you in order to provide the service.

We do not use your photos, videos, audio or content to train artificial intelligence models.

You can delete your characters and content at any time. Deleting your account deletes all your data and files.

If you believe content created with myclone uses your image or voice without permission, depicts a minor or is illegal, report it at myclone.io/report or by writing to stalked.io.info@gmail.com. We will review every report diligently and remove content that breaches these Terms or the law.

We work to keep myclone running continuously, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. AI results may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

We may change these Terms. We will give you reasonable notice of important changes; if you keep using the service afterwards, you will be deemed to accept them.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
