Account data: name, email, password (encrypted, we never see it), language and, if you sign in with Google, your Google name and email.
Content: the photos, videos and, where applicable, audio you upload (to create or edit characters, clone videos or generate content); the prompts and text you write, including text you convert to speech; and the generated content (images, videos and audio).
Usage and billing: plan, token balance and movements, job history and, once payments exist, the billing data handled by the payment processor (we do not store card numbers).
Technical data: IP address, date you accepted the terms and the consent regarding content of real people, and security logs.
Providing the service, including generating images, videos and audio through artificial intelligence providers, and managing your account and tokens (performance of contract).
Sending necessary emails: verification codes, security and service notices (performance of contract).
Preventing fraud and abuse, protecting third parties and handling reports (legitimate interest and legal obligations).
Meeting tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models.
The photos, videos and audio you upload are stored in private storage that only your account can access. To generate images, videos or audio, the necessary files and text are sent temporarily to the AI providers (fal.ai and, for voice, ElevenLabs) via short-lived links that expire automatically.
We do not use these files to identify people through biometric recognition.
Generated images, videos and audio are private too: only you can see them, via temporary links.
Only with providers we need to operate, under data processing agreements: Supabase (database and storage, servers in the EU - Germany), Resend (email delivery, servers in the EU - Ireland), fal.ai (artificial intelligence processing to generate and edit images, videos and audio, USA; it runs third-party models such as ByteDance Seedream, Google Nano Banana, Kuaishou Kling, Alibaba Wan and Topaz), ElevenLabs (AI text-to-speech voice generation, USA), Stripe (payment processing and invoicing, Ireland/USA) and Vercel (web hosting).
Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We may also disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.
For as long as you have an account. When you delete it, we delete your data, photos, videos, audio and generated content, except what we must keep by law (for example, billing records) for the legal periods.
You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and request portability of your data by writing to stalked.io.info@gmail.com. You can delete your account yourself in Settings.
If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.
We use encrypted connections, encrypted passwords, code verification, per-user access control in the database and private storage for your files.
